Kayak Rentals
Kayak, PFD, paddle and instructions are included in the rental. Tandem and single boats available. Single kayak participants must be 14 years or older. Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. 24 hour cancellation policy applies.

Marsh Kayak Rentals
Previous kayaking experience strongly recommended. Participants must be wearing some form of footwear, clothes you can get wet and bring a water bottle. We highly recommend shoes that are secure to your feet (flip-flops and slides are not recommended). Reservations are required and can be made by calling the Nature Center at 843.768.6001. Rentals are available by reservation. Please call 843.768.6001 to inquire about a rental. March 25th-May 7th Monday-Friday 9am – 2pm with the last rental back by 4pm. May 8th-May 19th Tuesday-Thursday 9am – 2pm with the last rental back by 4pm. May 20th-August 12th Tuesday-Saturday 9am – 2pm with the last rental back by 4pm. |

Kayak Launching
Guests and residents may launch personal kayaks at Mingo Point launch site by purchasing a daily/weekly pass from the staff member on duty at Mingo Point or by stopping in the Nature Center. Launching without a pass is prohibited, and will result in a fine. Please contact the Nature Center for any additional questions, (843) 768-6001.
