Grand Oaks Ballroom

The Grand Oaks Ballroom is The Sanctuary's largest wedding and meeting facility. It totals 6,099 square feet and can be divided into as many as four smaller rooms. The foyer is perfect for wedding receptions and cocktails. Opening to a garden, the ballroom provides a unique setting to continue that special evening with outdoor music and refreshments.

This dramatic room overlooks the ocean and totals 2880 square feet. It can be divided into two smaller rooms. Lovely french doors lead to an oceanfront courtyard and lawn providing a beautiful setting for your nuptials or wedding reception.
Heron Room

Adjacent to the Grand Oak Ballroom, this versatile room totals 1,853 square feet and can be divided into two smaller rooms, making it suitable for mid-sized receptions.

Ocean Course Clubhouse

Our newest venue that boasts spectacular views of the ocean and The Ocean Course's 18th green. The clubhouse offers a truly memorable setting for weddings and receptions. Dramatic views both upstairs and down, low-profile rooflines, wraparound porches and shingle-style architectural details suggest a classic coastal cottage, while the elegant interior features 3,000 square feet of flexible and sophisticated space on the second floor.
Osprey Point Golf Clubhouse View: Photo Gallery
Osprey Point Golf Clubhouse offers a private, lagoon-side site for your wedding ceremony and/or reception. Wedding ceremonies take place on the manicured lawan area adjacent to the clubhouse. The expansive veranda on the back of the clubhouse is the ideal location for a cocktail reception in keeping with the tradition of southern hospitality. The sophisticated ballroom, decorated with wood paneling and brass chandeliers, is light and open with views of the water and the golf course beyond.
Turtle Point Golf Clubhouse

Turtle Point Golf Clubhouse offers a lovely ballroom area on the second floor of the clubhouse and an adjoining veranda with picturesque views of the 18th hole of the golf course. The wrap-around veranda offers an idyllic location for a pre-function cocktail reception while you enjoy the warm, southern breezes.
Mingo Point View: Photo Gallery
Located on the Kiawah River, Mingo Point is a natural, outdoor location that lends itself perfectly to oyster roasts and barbeques. Fully equipped with a large sheltered area, decking appropriate for live bands, oyster tables, bonfire pits, and new restroom facilities, Mingo Point is ideal for a more casual, island wedding, or a larger rehearsal dinner.
