Take part in an unprecedented event, second time around - weekend full of murder, mystery and mayhem at Kiawah. While you enjoy The Sanctuary's array of luxurious amenities and exquisite dining as well as the activities around the resort, several "murders" and clues on how they occurred will take place around the resort. You will follow the twists and turns, unravel the clues, and narrow down the list of suspects to identify the murderer with the help of the Murder Mystery host and detective...or you may be on your own!

Weekend Agenda


Friday January 30thBody at Scene

  • Arrival and Check-in - Meet your Murder Mystery host and receive the suspect list and other necessary materials
  • Welcome Reception - Start asking questions and getting to know your fellow participants

Saturday January 31st

Crime Scene

  • Group Breakfast - Get off to the right start. Your investigation is well under way
  • Free Time - Explore The Sanctuary's amenities; the shops located in the retail corridor are nearby
  • Lunch - Travel to the new Ocean Course Clubhouse for a unique lunch overlooking views of the sea but be prepared for some twists and turns
  • More Free Time - Play golf or tennis, or relax in The Spa
  • Cocktail Reception
  • Dinner - Just when you think you have this mystery figured out...
  • Post Dinner - A time for introspection, deep thought and playing hunches

Sunday February 1st

Breakfast Brunch - The final scene takes place and all is revealed. Prizes are awarded.

The Sanctuary - starting from $640 per person (double occupancy) in a garden view room
The Villas starting from - $539 per person (double occupancy) in a one bedroom west beach villa
Weekend Pass (without accommodations) $385 per person

CANCELLATION POLICY: 14-day cancellation policy. Room deposit (one-night stay) is taken at time of call and is nonrefundable if the reservation is cancelled within 14 days of the event. Day Pass Reservations follow the same 14-day cancellation policy. If a day reservation is made within 14 days of the event, the full amount will not be refunded.
