Our Goal: To raise funds and awareness that will benefit the Medical University of South Carolina's Hollings Cancer Center, Charleston SC.

Mission Statement: To create an unparalleled event by combining local and national culinary talent coupled with award winning wineries. The staff of local volunteers, MUSC Hollings Cancer Center, & The Sanctuary at Kiawah Island Golf Resort will provide an unforgettable culinary experience through genuine Southern Hospitality in a unique and natural setting.

FRIDAY, MAY 4

BLACK TIE DINNER FEATURING SEAN BROCK AND FRIENDS

Signature reception and a distinctive multi-course dinner paired with excellent wines, featuring Row 11 Winery, Heitz Wine Cellars and Trinchero Wine Estates. 
 

SATURDAY, MAY 5

CHEF INTERACTIVE LUNCH FEATURING CHEF THIERRY DEBAILLEUL, THE PINEHURST RESORT
The Ocean Room | 12:00pm | $150
Exclusive demonstration with The Ocean Room's sweeping views paired with award winning wines from Row 11 and Stratton Lummis. Afternoon Wine Trail is included in the price of lunch.

THE WINE TRAIL
The Sanctuary grounds | 2:00pm
Explore the lush gardens of The Sanctuary, while tasting exclusive varieties from international wineries. Meet the winemakers as you stroll off the beaten path. 

WINE ODYSSEY GALA
The Terrace Lawn | 6:30pm | $200
Taste and experience the flavors of the Southeast region. Meet the chefs and sample brilliant wines at this main event and auction gala. Enjoy live entertainment and silent auction then dance into the night with champagne and chocolate afterglow.

OCEANSIDE FAREWELL BRUNCH

Celebrate the weekend and salute the chefs at this seaside brunch sponsored by Moet Hennessy.
