 Race Bib, Chip And T-Shirt Pick-Up:  East Beach Conference Center

Changes

Race: All race changes are based on availability and can be done via the website until midnight Sunday, December 2, a $25 transfer fee will be applied.  Race changes will also be allowed Thursday, December 6th and Friday, December 7th at bib pick up, at which time a $35 transfer fee will be applied.  NO RACE CHANGES ON SATURDAY, DECEMBER 8TH. 

Personal data changes: Changes to personal information (address, shirt size, etc.) can be made through Sunday, December 2nd by emailing our marathon office at: Kiawah_marathon@ kiawahresort.com.  Corrections to personal data can also be made Thursday, December 6th and Friday, December 7th at the cashier desk in the bib pick-up room at East Beach Conference Center.

Race Day Parking/ Shuttle Service 

All runners staying off-island are urged to arrive NO LATER THAN 6:45 AM TO AVOID MISSING THE 8 AM RACE START.  You will be directed to parking areas outside the front gate and shuttled to the race start via motor coach

Runners staying on Kiawah Island are strongly advised to use the provided shuttle service or to walk if staying in the East Beach area and The Sanctuary.  Please refer to shuttle map #1.  The shuttle will depart every 10 minutes from the Kiawah Island Inn (for West Beach Village guests) and at the Sea Forest Drive entrance to Mariners Watch Villas (near Night Heron Cottages, Windswept and Mariners Watch villas) beginning at 6:00 am and 6:10 am, respectively, until race start.

Personal Articles Holding Area 
A Personal Articles Holding Tent is located on each side of the start/finish line (see site map).  Please avoid leaving valuables.

Race Start
All races start and finish in front of East Beach Conference Center. ALL RUNNERS BE READY FOR THE 8 AM START! Combined Start Full & Half Marathon.

Pre-Race Chicken and Pasta Dinner
Friday, December 7th
All are welcome to join us for a pre-race buffet dinner.  Our grand buffet is held at the East Beach Conference Center and will include Kiawah garden salad, citrus grilled chicken, and a variety of pasta and desserts.  The pasta menu will include penne pasta with spinach and roasted peppers with garlic mushroom cream sauce; our bowtie pasta will include fresh basil tomatoes and roasted garlic; and our orecchiette pasta will include a basil pesto, baby shrimp and peas.  Sides will include vegetables, whipped potatoes, rolls and a large variety of cookies and pies.  
Buffet seatings are at 6pm, 7pm and 8pm.

Children ages 5-12: $12.95
Children 4 and under: Free
