Family Activities

Fun for the whole family! All activities take place at the Night Heron Park Pavilion throughout the year. No reservations necessary. Please view the Calendar of Events to see the dates and times that these events are offered.

Pick Up Games

Families are welcome to stop by for pick up games every afternoon. Games will take place in Night Heron Park. This time frame serves as a way to gather participants to a certain activity for a casual pick up game. No supervision will be provided. Volleyballs, basketballs and soccer balls available for rent at the Nature Center. Complimentary.

Stepping Stones

Create a garden ornament that will make every green thumb proud! Use our mosaic pieces, concrete molds, and your creativity! Please keep in mind that it will take at least 24 hours for your stepping stone to dry before you can take it with you. No reservations required.

Tye Dye

If it's hip, if it's cool, it must be tye dye! Create your Kiawah logo shirt with all the colors of the rainbow! No reservations required.

Sand Candles

Sand comes in all colors! Create your very own sand candle that will be sure to burn long throughout the year. No reservations required.

Organic Beach Bag Coloring

Design a unique, organic Kiawah tote to carry all your sandy belongings! No reservations required.
