Should your group wish to combine business with pleasure, the clubhouses at Turtle Point and Osprey Point provide attractive options. Each offers superb meeting facilities with convenient on-site food and beverage service, plus immediate access to courses designed by Jack Nicklaus and Tom Fazio.

Turtle Point Clubhouse

Resort villa and home accommodations are located within easy walking distance. The clubhouse is also close to additional dining, the Tommy Cuthbert Golf Learning Center, Roy Barth Tennis Center, the beach, Night Heron Park and swimming pools.

Legends Room

Offering a total of 3,540 square feet of space on the second level of the clubhouse, the Legends Room can be divided into three separate rooms and accommodates up to 380 people. The adjacent covered balcony features views of the Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course.

The Drawing Room

Also featuring golf course views from the second level of the clubhouse, The Drawing Room features 810 square feet of space and accommodates up to 98 people.

Osprey Point Clubhouse

Situated within the private Vanderhorst Plantation community, the Osprey Point Clubhouse is ideal for executive-level meetings and special catered events. The covered verands offers views of the Tom Fazio-designed golf course and Kiawah's famous alligators.

Offering a total of 1,392 square feet of space, the Dining Room accommodates up to 70 people for receptions and banquets and as many as 72 people for meetings in theater and classroom configurations.

Boardroom

Positioned between the Dining and Club Rooms, the Boardroom can host up to 20 people for banquets and as many as 24 people for meetings.

Club Room

Identical in size to the Dining Room, the Club Room's 1,392 square feet of space accommodates up to 70 people for receptions and banquets and as many as 72 people for meeting in theater and classroom configurations. 

Veranda
