Yoga on the beach is a hatha yoga with a blend of slow to moderate pace vinyasa and longer held restorative poses. We work at a beginner to intermediate level and focus on using breath to create body awareness, calm the mind, and build strenght and flexibility. This is perfect for anyone wanting to start their day taking in the beautiful surroundings. Previous yoga experience is not required.
Must be 14 years of age or older. $15/person, 3 person minimum. Reservations required. Mats are provided. Weather and tide dependent.
