Sanctuary Guest Chef Dinner Series

The Chefs at The Sanctuary at Kiawah Island Golf Resort have created a Special Guest Chef Dinner series over the course of the year. Lowcountry chefs will team up with Chef de Cuisine Nathan Thurston of the Ocean Room to prepare a Four Course Prix Fixe dinner pared with some of the finest wines in the area.

Each guest chef will create alongside of Chef Thurston specialty dishes based on their creations and including the finest and freshest ingredients grown locally from nearby farmers. Mark the dates on your calenders and be sure to join us for an evening that will surely enlighten your palate.

Perfection Dinner December 10

The Ocean Room at The Sanctuary will be hosting a "Perfection Dinner." Together with The Crown Royal Family, our Chef Nathan Thurston has paired a four-course dinner with Crown Royals finest blended whiskies. This evening will start with a reception at 6:30pm in The Ocean Room lounge where we will be offering a unique Crown Royal Libation.
