The Best Tour of Homes in the Southeast, Including three custom homes at Briar's Creek. Sponsored by Briar's Creek; Dolphin Architects and Builders; Kiawah Island Real Estate; Solaris, Inc. and Steven J. Koenig Construction, this year's tour will showcase eight beautiful homes situated on ocean, river and marsh front properties. Each home is unique in its architectural and interior design features. The tour is self-guided and is open from 10:00am - 6:00pm. Each participant will receive a magazine with a map and design details of each of the homes. Ticket price includes a champagne brunch by Hege's Restaurant and Newton Farms, tour of eight homes, and a post-tour party with live music at Briar's Creek. Proceeds benenfit Charleston Collegiate School.
