On April 24th, The Atlantic Room participated in an event called Dining Out For Life.
Dining Out For Life is an international event that takes place in over 60 cities across North America each year. It benefits the Ryan White Program at Roper St. Francis Healthcare, a program that provides free or reduced cost HIV/AIDS services and prevention programs. This event takes place on the same day throughout the world, this year it was on Thursday, April 24th. That evening, Chef Jonathan Banta and his team donned red ribbons in support of Dining Out For Life. 10% of all food and beverages sales were donated to the Ryan White Program and will directly benefit South Carolinians in the Charleston area. In 2013, the event raised over $4.2 million across the country and over $50,000 of that was from right here in Charleston.
Chef Banta and The Atlantic Room wants to thank everyone that Dined Out For Life with them on April 24th, thank you for helping #DineOutFightAIDS.
