Burt Bacharach, 3-time Academy Award winner and 8-time GRAMMY® winner, is Earl Klugh’s favorite composer and one of his all-time heroes. This star is six decades into one of songwriting’s most successful and honored careers, marked by 48 Top 10 hits, nine #1 songs, more than 500 compositions and a landmark 50+year run on the charts. Burt Bacharach’s music continues to set industry records and creative standards. So much of his music has made such an impact on me. This is a very special concert that’s going to happen. I can’t tell you how much it means to me that he is going to do our Weekend of Jazz! It’s just very, very exciting!”
7-time GRAMMY® winner Al Jarreau is the only vocalist in history to net GRAMMY® Awards in three different categories (jazz, pop and R&B). He looks forward to performing at Kiawah and showing the crowd why the Chicago Tribun calls him “the voice of versatility.”
Weekend of Jazz is proud to present the 9-time GRAMMY®- nominated, chart-topping group Spyro Gyra for the first time at Kiawah Island. Spyro Gyra gave the crowd a great show during Earl Klugh’s Weekend of Jazz at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs back in 2009. The same will be true this November when they take the stage. Watch Spyro Gyra perform at Earl Klugh’s Weekend of Jazz at The Broadmoor here.

Euge has been a long-time fan favorite, and the whole team is looking forward to his Weekend of Jazz debut this November.
PGA Champion John Mahaffey will host the 4th Annual Celebrity Golf Outing at Weekend of Jazz this year, to be held at Kiawah’s Turtle Point Golf Course.
