Autumn is here!
The bounty of the fall harvest is my favorite of the year. The literal cornucopia of earthy fall flavors has always been the most fun and challenging to me as a Chef. This fall we look forward to a good amount of locally grown heirloom squashes and pumpkins from Rosebank Farms just off the Island of Kiawah on Johns Island. Our new fall tasting menu is rolling out and you will also see a lot of fall flavors in our southern influenced Sushi that we serve in our Lounge.
Once again in November The Sanctuary will be hosting Earl Klugh’s Weekend of Jazz featuring some of modern Jazz’s finest performers. The Ocean Room will be featuring a late night ‘munchies” menu featuring Chef Karen Stabler’s sushi creations and an assortment of Sliders and tasty snacks.
With the Holidays coming up don’t forget to think of us for Thanksgiving Dinner, Christmas Dinner, or our over the top end of year New Years celebration. As always you can join us early for our Dinning at Dusk 3 course for $49.00 menu Tuesday through Thursday from 6 to 7 and Friday and Saturdays from 5:30 to 6:30.
