Fall is our favorite time of year! The perfect time for a beer dinner
When you think of fall you think of changing colors, cooler weather, football games and great hops!
We love writing menus around fall vegetables and heavier proteins, and of course pairing those with beers makes it even more exciting. We are featuring some of our house cured meats and other various charcuterie items, South Carolina Rabbit, and a hearty short rib that will be braised slowly in a rich stock fortified with the porter we are pairing it with.
Thursday, October 18th Jasmine Porch will highlight the fall culinary spin with local craft brews at the Thomas Creek Beer Dinner. On the patio we’ll sip and taste as the sun sets on the Atlantic Ocean then swing into the restaurant at 7pm for a four course delight featuring Thomas Creek.
