The Atlantic Room is back and swinging!

Grilled Cherry Point swordfish with truffle turnips, cheddar cauliflower, artichokes, romanesco, mustard caper bacon vinaigrette and a radicchio salad.

            Now that the craziness of the PGA Championship is behind us we can finally get back to business as normal at The Ocean Course.  We learned a lot about what a major sporting event is all about and had a blast serving some of the greatest players in the world.  We watched as a rising star was crowned champion and saw our award winning golf course shine even on the rainiest days! Congratulations Rory McIlroy!

            With the end of “summer” approaching we are reminded of how lucky we are to live where we do.  The food that is coming from our Ocean and our farms is so plentiful right now that we actually have to turn away product that last month seemed perfect.  The shrimp boats are in full swing and the local fish from Cherrypoint Dock seems to be landing on our back doorstep every day.  Each night we are featuring some beautiful local ingredients that keep us energized and motivated to try new things and create wonderful dishes for you to enjoy!
