Method of production for spicy tuna roll:
- Lay a thin layer of rice (approx 1 cup) on a half sheet of nori (roasted seaweed). Make sure it is the rough side of the nori
- Flip over
- Use about 1/2 cut julienned (peeled and seeded) cucumbers and place farthest away from u on nori
- Mix 1 T of spicy mix with approx 1/2cup tuna and lay behind cucumbers
- Roll
- Enjoy
