Walk into a grand entrance foyer featuring a marble floor and adjacent powder room. Relax in a spacious living room with an elegant seating area, flat-screen plasma television and wet bar.

The dining area includes a traditional table that accommodates eight people and an antique sideboard, over which hangs an original Douglas Williams painting. Private dinners can be served from the adjacent butler’s pantry that contains a full size refrigerator.

Both living and dining areas are connected to a 177 square-foot balcony where one can view the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean, Turtle Point Golf Course and Kiawah’s private pristine beach.

Elegant French doors separate the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom features a custom-made bed, large walk-in closet with safe, a television armoire with DVD player, and a bedside clock with CD player. The bedroom also has a separate 40 sq. ft. balcony to enjoy the stunning sunrise views.

The main bathroom is separated from the bedroom by French doors and features separate marble-topped vanities, an enclosed water closet, a separate shower with a rain shower showerhead, and deep Jacuzzi tub. The suite can connect to a guestroom containing two queen beds and bathroom, allowing six to sleep comfortably.
